President Stephen Milligan
President Stephen Milligan holds both a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Hygiene and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, and a Specialist in Education in Higher Education Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. With a combined four decades of experience in higher education administration and technical education, he has served in various leadership roles, including as campus director of Columbia State Community College’s Clifton campus and assistant director of TCAT Pulaski until he was named president of TCAT Crump in 2015
