This program is designed to provide students with firsthand knowledge of the software, hardware, networks, security, and operations of personal computers used in business and industry today. Students will be trained to diagnose and repair electronic equipment, maintain and install computers and networks, and operate administration software and internet/intranet systems. The program consists of studies in the major operating systems, diagnostics, plus configuration of computers, networks, and their related peripheral devices.
This program prepares students for certification exams prevalent in the IT field. Several certification exams are available as a part of their training in class.

Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network LAN , wide area network WAN , and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
