TCAT Crump announces the addition of Jeff Davis as Truck Driving Instructor located at the Parsons Campus. He joins Jeff Brake in the Truck Driving Program team.

Davis brings decades of a variety of trucking experience with companies such as: the US Postal Service, Sadler Brothers, Tennessee Container, Yellow Freight, Allied Automotive, Cameron Trucking, and Barnett Steel. He also serves as a Waynesboro City Commissioner and Mayor. A local entrepreneur, Davis is the owner of Flat Rate Real Estate.

“Jeff Davis is a great addition to our team here at Parsons, where we provide many transportation-related educational courses such as diesel and heavy equipment mechanics,” states Parsons Coordinator Angela Inman. “Having a second instructor will really be a benefit to our students.”

Offering approximately 19 skills-based educational programs, TCAT Crump consists of campuses including Parsons and Henderson. The Truck Driving Program at TCAT Parsons campus is a seven-week program designed to provide classroom work plus yard and road driving experiences. Students are taught to drive defensively and gain the knowledge necessary to operate the vehicle as well as abide by all local, state, and federal regulations.
