The mission of the Digital Graphic Design program is to provide training for individuals who wish to acquire the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to become successfully employed in the field of Graphic Design.
The Digital Graphic Design program combines art with technology to communicate ideas in print and digital media. Students will be introduced to basic drawing techniques, color, print, typography, image editing, and page layout.
The program consists of a combination of theory and job simulated projects which provide individuals with realistic “hands-on” learning experiences. Students will use specialized software to create page layouts, digital illustrations, package designs, animated graphics, photo-realistic images, and CAD drawings.
